Which is why I love it.
I’m drawn to moments where ideas become felt—
not just understood.
It’s a dance:
listening, guiding, responding, holding the arc…
while keeping the room safe enough for truth to show up.
I often ask myself before I step on stage:
What does this room need right now?
More clarity? More courage? More breath?
And then I follow that.
